Step 1
In a pan put water to cook with salt. Add the pasta when it’s boiling.
Step 2
In a pan, melt the butter with the olive oil.
Step 3
Cut the onion and cook it on medium heat in the butter and olive oil for 3mins.
Step 4
coarsely chop the bacon and mushrooms. Then throw them in the pan. Cook until mushrooms are soft.
Step 5
Add the cream and tomato paste and stir to obtain a homogeneous sauce.
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta and the mozzarella and stir over low heat so that the mozzarella does not clump.
Step 7
Top with fresh herbs you like and it's ready ! Bon appétit !
