¼ cupred bell pepper

½ teaspoonground cumin

½ teaspoonchili powder

Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor or blender, combine the black beans, red onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Process the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency. For a smoother dip, blend it longer. For a chunkier dip, pulse it a few times.
Step 3
Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more salt, pepper, or cayenne pepper according to your preference.

Transfer the spicy black bean dip to a serving bowl.
