Instructions
Step 1
Cook beef, onion and bell pepper in a large pot over medium-high heat until done. Add garlic gloves, cook until fragrant.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients to the pot, bring to a slow boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for several hours.
