Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta as told on the package. Rinse off with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 2
Combine 4 serving spoons (ss) of pesto with 2 ss of greek yoghurt and 2 ss of mayonaise. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 3
Cut the baby tomatoes in half and cut the sundried tomatoes in small pieces. Optional: cut the basil into smaller pieces.
Step 4
Combine everything together. I like to keep the rucola whole, but you could cut it smaller if you like.
Step 5
Optional: top with toasted pine nuts.
