Instructions
Step 1
Add the first five ingredients in a frying pan, turn on medium heat and place a lid on top. Stir regularly.
Step 2
Once the onion is semi-cooked, add the tofu (4 scrambled eggs if not vegan). Stir frequently.
Step 3
Grate the turmeric and ginger root and add to pan as well as the soya sauce and black pepper. Stir through for about 2 minutes and serve.
