Step 1
1. Dice the onion and peppers With a little olive oil, sauté the onions and peppers for 5 minutes. Add in the ground beef and cook until the meat is brown.
Step 2
2. Add the tomatoes, beans, corn, beer, and seasoning. Let it simmer on a low heat for 3-4 hours stirring every so often. Serve with cheese, chips or sour cream. Enjoy! (Tip: This is a great meal to freeze and reheat for easy left overs)
