¼ cupfresh lime juice
1 tablespoonchia seeds
1 tablespoonground flaxseed
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
½ teaspoonground cinnamon
¼ teaspoonground nutmeg
2 kilosspinach

1 kilococoa powder
2 kilostuna

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the cooked tuna, spinach, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, diced mango, diced pineapple, diced kiwi, and diced watermelon.
Step 2
Add the chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and unsweetened shredded coconut to the bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together the unsweetened almond milk, honey, fresh lime juice, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the fruit and nut mixture, and toss to coat.
Step 5
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
