Dressing
½ cupolive oil
¼ cupapple cider vinegar
¼ cuplemon juice
1 tablespoondijon mustard
1 tablespoonhoney
1 teaspoonsalt
½ teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse and chop the spinach and lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the cooked tuna, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, dried cranberries, coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds, strawberries, cucumber, radish, carrot, red onion, and bell pepper to the bowl.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Step 5
Serve immediately.

In a large pot boil water and add cocoa powder, mix well. Let cooldown and refrigerated until cold, in every serving add crushed ice.
