black sesame seeds
white sesame seeds
Panko
breadcrumbs
500gTuna
as a block
eggs
frying oil
green onions
shallots
plain flour
bread

For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Coat the Tuna with flour, egg and a mix of the Sesame seeds and the panko in the aforementioned order
Step 2
Fry the Tuna until the outside is golden brown but don’t let it’s inside cook
Step 3
Toast the bread well
Step 4
Blend the sauce ingredients
Step 5
Finely cut some shallots and fry them
Step 6
Finely cut the green onions
Step 7
Assemble the sandwich
