Instructions
Step 1
Slice your bacon strips into bite sized pieces and cook on medium heat.
Step 2
Set your bacon aside and open your can of corn. Drain the water.
Step 3
In the same pan, (medium heat) add a tiny knob of unsalted butter (OR you can use oil) and let it melt.
Step 4
Add your drained corn. Mix until moisture has disappeared. Then, add 1.5 Tbsp of sugar and 4 Tbsp of mayonnaise. Mix well.
Step 5
Once it's mixed, flatten out your corn to the pan. Then, sprinkle on shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Top it off with your cooked bacon.
Step 6
Place a plate, or cover over the pan and let it cook for 30-40 seconds.
Step 7
Open the lid/cover/plate and sprinkle parsley flakes and enjoy!
