Instructions

Step 1
Over medium heat, sauté vegetables in vegetable oil until onions are translucent. Add tofu and seasonings and cook on medium heat until carrots are soft and tofu is beginning to brown. We like to have this with toast (and breakfast potatoes and/or veggie sausage too!) to make breakfast for dinner meal.
