Instructions

For the chicken

Step 1
Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine yogurt, tomato paste, minced garlic, oil, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and red chili flakes. Mix well until combined. Add the chicken strips and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the marinated chicken evenly on a large baking tray. Add sliced red onions and mix.

Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes until the chicken is tender and juicy

For the Shirazi salad

Step 4
Prepare Vegetables:Dice cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion into small cubes. Soak the diced onion in water for 10 minutes to reduce its sharpness.
Step 5
Mix Salad:In a bowl, combine the diced vegetables, Add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Top with fresh mint and coriander, then mix well.

For Tzatziki Sauce

Step 6
Prepare Cucumber: Grate and squeeze out water from the cucumber

Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, sour cream, garlic powder, fresh coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 8
Squeeze in half a fresh lemon's juice and mix well.
Step 9
Finish: Drizzle with olive oil
