Short Cut Chicken Tikka Masala

Tikka Masala cheat. Use a jar of Tikka Masala sauce and just add vegetables and chicken. Serve over rice and dinner is done in under 30 minutes

Instructions

Step 1
Dice chicken thighs for quicker cook time. Season with your favorite Indian spices. Cook and set aside
Step 2
Cut about half an onion. Either slice or dice to your preference. Sauté in the same pan you cooked the chicken. You can deglaze the bottom with some white wine. Add any additional vegetables you may want. Season your vegetables
Step 3
Pour in 1 jar of Tikka Masala sauce. Add in your cooked chicken and let simmer until it's heated thoroughly
Step 4
Serve over jasmine rice with Naan on the side
