Step 1
Hear the oil in a large nonstick sauté pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until browned stirring frequently, 6 minutes. Add the ginger, cumin, turmeric, salt, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon stirring constantly until fragrant, about 45 seconds.
Step 2
Add the Turkey and cook breaking up the meat with a spatula until cooked through, 8 minutes. Add the peas, lime juice and garam masala stirring occasionally until peas are warmed through, 4 minutes. Serve with brown rice and dollop of Greek yoghurt.
