Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400. Cut the top off the head of garlic and roast for 45 minutes. Mash and set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet or Dutch oven. Add onions and cook until translucent - add tomatoes, seasoning, and tomato paste, cook until darkened.
Step 3
Add wine, garlic, basil, chili flakes, cream, butter, and parm. Let it cook for a while.
Step 4
Cook pasta of your choice until al denté. Strain, add pasta and 1/4 cup pasta water to sauce. Yum.
