Instructions

Step 1
Cook Ziti until very al dente.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together Ricotta, Parmesan Cheese, Egg, seasonings.

Stir the cooked Ziti into the Ricotta mixture.

Add four Cups of sauce to the bottom of large deep pan. Add layer of Ziti mixture, add layer of mozzarella, add layer of sauce. Repeat until no room left in pan. If necessary, use the extra ingredients to make separate smaller dish.
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Take foil off and broil for 5 minutes or until top layer of cheese is bubbly and browning.

Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
