The first step is to put the yogurt in a bowl.

The next step is to add the protein powder, flax flowr and stevia to the yogurt. After that it is time to mix the ingredients.

After mixing the ingredients and obtaining a homogeneous mixture, decorate with a spoonful of blueberries and a tsp of coconut flakes. Add a spoonful of tahini to them and you are ready to eat this complete breakfast for a good start to the day.
