Instructions

Step 1
Start by chopping up the onions in small pieces and the chicken & pineapple in bite size pieces.
Step 2
In a wok (or a large pan) with a little bit of grease, start stirring the chicken.
Step 3
Halfway down the cooking, add the onions up. When it starts to get golden, add the pineapple, half the curry and the tumeric.
Step 4
When the chicken is starting to get nicely cooked, add the coconut milk and the rest of the spices. Add salt & pepper. Let it sim at low heat for a bit.
