2 poundstew meat
1jalapeño

1 x 15 ozcan of tomato sauce
2cans Rotel
2cans of chili beans in chili sauce
1can of pinto beans
0.5white onion
diced
1green pepper
diced
1can of green chiles
6green onions
sliced
2 teaspoonsminced garlic
Worcester sauce
liquid smoke
tobasco sauce
chili powder
to taste
Red cayenne pepper
to taste
onion powder
to taste
black pepper
to taste
lime juice
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Sear stew meat in pan ( keep some redness)
Step 2
Drain pinto beans. Dump all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. With 1 hour left, mix some corn starch and cold water then mix slowly into the chili.
Step 3
Top with shredded cheddar cheese, fritos chili cheese chips and sour cream
