Ingredients
4 servings
2spring onions
ruffly chopped
1leek
ruffly, chopped
2 clovesgarlic
chopped
1jalepeno
chopped
3 tablespoonsginger
fresh chopped
mushroom
ruffly chop some
2 headsbok choy
break down, small
1 packagefirm tofu
dried and choped
bean sprouts
for topping
2 table spoonssesame oil
veg stock
2 table spoonsmiso
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonrice wine vinegar
1 table spoonmaple syrup
1lime
Instructions
Step 1
Chop all ingredients into small even-sized pieces. Put the onions, leeks, garlic, jalapeno, ginger, and mushrooms into a bowl together. Add veg stock, miso, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and maple syrup together for the sauce.
Step 2
Put a wok over high heat and add sesame oil.
Step 3
Once the pan is smoking add the bowl of veggies and toss
Step 4
add the tofu and toss
Step 5
add the broth and cook briefly
Step 6
add bok choy and bean spouts cook for 30 seconds
Step 7
serve with lime
