Ingredients
6 servings
2 lbsvery lean ground white turkey meat
cooked
taco seasoning
3tomatoes
1can of black beans
drained
1can of pinto beans
drained
1can of corn
drained
0.5 headlettuce
⅓ cupred onion
diced
24blue corn tortilla chips
baked, crunched slightly, if you do not have any of the baked blue tortillas you can toast up low carb or sprouted tortillas or joseph lavash breads or pitas or even add a few crunched wasa crackers for that crunch
Italian dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the turkey meat and add taco seasoning.
Step 2
All meat to sit and cool slightly.
Step 3
Drain the cans of beans and corn.
Step 4
Put ground turkey and beans and corn in a big bowl.
Step 5
Cut up lettuce, tomatoes, & red onion.
Step 6
Mix up the dressing.
Step 7
Add the salad to the meat, beans, corn.
Step 8
Mix.
Step 9
Pour Dressing over and mix.
Step 10
Add in the crunched chips and serve!
Step 11
*** You could double the dressing and be ok too!
