Step 1
Heat pan or or griddle to medium heat
1. Butter 1 side of each slice of bread
2. On plate mix Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning 3. Press bread butter side down into Parmesan cheese herb mixture to coat
4. Flip bread to no coated side and begin to layer cheeses 5. Spread goat cheese, sprinkle feta, add 1 slice cheddar, sprinkle mozzarella, top with last slice of cheddar and place top slice of bread Parmesan on the outside
6. Use butter or nonstick spray on pan or griddle and place Parmesan cheese side down 7. Cook until golden brown
8. Remove from heat, cut and serve immediately…. Oh… and freaking enjoy!!!!
