Step 1
Peel your banana and cut in in slices.
Step 2
Heat up coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon in a pan.
Step 3
Add the banana slices to the pan and fry them from both sides till they’re golden brown.
Step 4
Toast your bread slices and spread peanut butter on them.
Step 5
Top the bread slices with the caramelised bananas and add coconut flakes.
