Put butter in chopped onion. Fry onion till turn golden brown then put ginger garlic paste and stir for 2-3 minutes. Put water all masala and salt chilli powder coriander , turmeric powder, tomatoes 2 chopped. Stir all masala ingredients for 4-5 minutes. Put soaked daals in the pan . Stir for 3-4 mins. Then put 3-4 mugs of water in the pan . Let it cook . So daal get nicely mixed . Thickness of daals should be medium or up to your choice.put more water if it’s thick. Put 2 green chilli s and green coriander and zeera on top. You can put butter on top as well
