425gcan red kidney beans
rinsed and drained

425gcan baked beans

397gcan tomatoes

10mlchilli powder

225gfrozen green beans

1yellow pepper
seeded and chopped

8pancakes
freshly cooked

50gred leicester cheese
grated
For the Pancakes
Instructions
Step 1

1. Place onion, garlic, beans, tomatoes and chilli in a pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
2. Add green beans and pepper, cook for a further 5 minutes or until mixture is thick.
Step 3
3. Divide filling between pancakes and fold into triangles.
Step 4
4. Place in a baking dish in one layer.
Step 5
5. Sprinkle with cheese, grill until melted.
