Instructions

Step 1
Measure out 35g quinoa in a pan, add fennel, seeds, cumin seeds, chillies, ginger and caraway seeds to the pan along with around 120ml boiling water
Step 2
Put the pan onto a high heat for 30 seconds before turning heat to lowest setting, put a lid on the pan and leave for 15 minutes
Step 3
Whilst quinoa cooks, chop the remaining ingredients and mix in a large bowl to combine
Step 4
After quinoa is cooked, turn off the heat and leave the quinoa for 5/10 minutes to sit on the hob, without removing the lid
Step 5
After this, combine in the large bowl and serve
