Instructions

Step 1
Mix the mirin, brown sugar and soy sauce together
Step 2
Marinate salmon for 3 minutes before flipping and marinating again for 2 minutes on other side

Cook salmon for 2 minutes until turning over. Once turned over, add marinate and finish cooking salmon
