Instructions
Long Grain Wild Black Rice
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 1/2 cups of water to boil, then add pink salt, shallot powder & avocado oil for taste, stir for 30 seconds
Bring stovetop to low heat, add 1/2 Cup Of Black Rice to saucepan, cover with lid and let cook for 1 hour
Vegan Meat and Veggie Crumble Mix

In a large skillet on Medium Heat, add 1/2 tablespoon Avocado Oil, then add 1/2 cup of Beyond Meat Crumbles, 2 large & diced portobello mushrooms, 1/2 chopped & diced Zucchini, 1/2 medium chopped & diced Sweet Onion, 3 Tri-Colored Sweet Peppers chopped & diced, then add Pink Salt, Black Pepper & Shallot Powder To Taste, Stir Occasionally & Cook for 9 minutes

Thinly julienne slice 1/2 Romaine Lettuce & 1/4 Cup Cabbage, Chop & dice 1 large Plum Tomato, Chop & Dice 4 Tablespoons of Red Onion & Pick 12 Fresh Cilantro Leaves

Preheat Oven To 420F , Bake Tacos For 3 Minutes
