Chop two onions and brown in oil

Grind 8 chillies, one inch of ginger and half a garlic bulb

Add washed chicken to pot and the grinder chillies etc.

Add chopped capsicum and let the pot cook

After the chicken is cooked through add chopped corriander and corriander powder
