Step 1
If using dried noodles – Boil ½ a saucepan of water on the highest heat. Place the noodles into a pan of boiling water. Cook for 5 mins. Turn off and drain the noodles over the sink in a colander

Meanwhile: On a white chopping board, finely chop your garlic and finely chop your chilli and ginger if you are using. Also, chop all your vegetables into bite size pieces
Step 3
Dice your chicken on a red chopping board into bite size pieces.
Step 4
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a wok (medium high). Add your chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes until the outside is white. Add the chilli, ginger and garlic and fry for another 2 mins. Stir regularly.
Step 5
Add all your vegetables and continue to fry for 3-4 more minutes until your chicken is white in the middle.
Step 6
TURN OFF THE HEAT. Add the sauce AND then your noodles. Stir for 1 minute until everything is hot
