Instructions
Step 1
In small jar: add oats, chia seeds, extract, honey, lemon juice, jam / jelly / marmalade / etc of your choice, and nuts / seeds if desired
Step 2
Add oat milk and mix or put cover on jar and shake
Step 3
Add nut butter and stir (we use Brazil, almond, macadamia mix)
Step 4
Put oats in fridge overnight for consumption in the morning
