½ teaspoonblack pepper

20gred onion

1 tablespoonhoney

700gchicken breast
diced
500gpumpkin
cubed
250ggreen beans

1 packetGolden Curry Sauce Mix

Instructions
Freekeh
Step 1
Rinse under cold water
Step 2
Add ingredients to rice cooker & turn on
Curry
Step 3
Chop up all ingredients
Step 4
Stir fry for 5 minutes on medium heat
Step 5
Add chicken & vegetables then stir fry for 5 minutes on medium heat
Step 6
Add two cups of water, bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes until ingredients are tender
Step 7
Turn heat off, break curry stock into pieces & add to pan, stirring until all pieces melt
Step 8
Add honey & yeast then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes while constantly stirring
To Serve
Step 9
Serve over freekeh & add toppings
