Ingredients

1 Tbspsalt
½ Tbspturmeric
1 Tbspred chilli powder
4 cupswater
2 Tbspginger paste
2 Tbspgarlic paste
3 TbspGreen chilli pepper
1 ½ TbspCoriander powder
1 Tbspcumin powder
1 cupolive oil
½ cupyogurt
1 Tbspgaram masala
Instructions
Step 1
Put the meat in a large pot with 1 medium onion cut in big chunks, 4 medium size tomatoes cut in half, 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp turmeric, 1 Tbsp Red chilli pwdr, 4 cups water, mix it all up and cook on high until water comes to boil. Once the water is boiling, turn the heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for 2 hours

Take the meat out and put it in a pan/wok to saute
Step 3
Remove tomato skin and cook on high flame for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add 2 tbsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp garlic paste and 3 tbsp Green chilli pepper. Mix it all up until the water is a bit more dried

Step 5
Add 1.5 tbsp Coriander pwdr, 1 tbsp Cumin pwdr, 1 cup olive oil and saute it for 5 minutes on high
Coriander powder1 ½ Tbsp
Step 6
Check salt and chili to make sure everything is enough
Step 7
Add 1/2 cup yougurt, mix it until yogurt's water is dry
Step 8
Add 1 tbsp garam masala
Step 9
Garnish with cilantro
