Instructions

Step 1
combine milk and water in a large pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add protein powder; mix till dissolved. Mix other ingredients in. Cook on low heat for about 20 min. till liquid is absorbed and oatmeal is fully cooked.
Step 2
Feel free to change the amounts of maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, cranberries and apple to taste.
Step 3
You can also substitute chopped pear, instead of apple
