Alkaline Vegan
If your vegan/plant based a subsection of veganism such as alkaline vegan is a very good arena for those who like to be healed of toxins and chemicals that our body is exposed to everyday. I follow the Dr. Sebi diet to detox and be healed of any toxins and chemicals in my body and to eat the way our ancestors ate. It’s a restrictive diet because the foods are alkaline meaning no acidic foods.
