20/09/2020 - I’ve been diagnosed with high BP and diabetes, so my aim is to get my levels back down to normal with healthy eating. 22/12/2020 - Just had my first 3 month check. BP down to normal. Hbac1 down 10. And I lost 16 kg! Woohoo!
